Coors Miller to Combine
Brewers Molson Coors Brewing Co. and SABMiller PLC plan a joint venture to combine their U.S. operations. The makers of Miller Lite and Coors Light said this joint venture should help them compete more effectively.
The new MillerCoors, will compete with U.S. industry leader Anheuser-Busch Cos., maker of Budweiser, Michelob and Bud Light.
